Please read our policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be considered.
1. Digital Products (Courses, E-Books, Certifications)

All purchases of digital products (including online courses, study materials, and certification exams) are non-refundable once the order has been completed and access has been granted.

This is because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
2. Duplicate Payment

If a payment has been charged to your account more than once for the same order, please notify us immediately.

Upon verification, the extra amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Failed Transactions

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive access to the course or product, please contact our support team with payment proof.

Once confirmed, we will either (a) restore access to the purchased product, or (b) issue a full refund, based on your preference.
4. Live Training Programs / Seminars

For live sessions, cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date.

In some cases, you may request a reschedule or transfer your seat to another participant, subject to approval.
5. Technical Errors

If technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing a purchased course or certificate, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.

Refunds for technical issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Exceptions
